You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 408 support team. We recommend using a strong password and never sharing your login details with anyone.
408 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these terms.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 408 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate the platform's systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Engaging in money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
- Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 408 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them. Using another person's financial information without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the extent permitted by law, 408 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses resulting from game outcomes.

Account Closure & Terms Changes

408 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Users may also close their own account by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided there are no unresolved breaches of these terms.
Terms Amendment
408 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Applicable Law
